With check-out racks jammed with nutrition bars of all ilks (raw, non-GMO, organic, vegan, paleo), no wonder brands are trying to differentiate their products with new shapes and sizes. The most recent trend coming across my desk? Bite-sized versions of super-clean bars.

Hot ingredients like chia, oats, coconut, and nuts continue to attract natural shoppers, while smaller portions make for a low-commitment snack to satiate hunger.
