China Cools Sales for U.S. MLM Leaders

U.S. market mixed; new products drive distributor sales.

Compared to 2005, when NBJ's top six public multilevel marketing (MLM) companies expanded their U.S. supplements revenues by a robust 25%, 2006 growth was markedly slower at 11%. Nu Skin, Nature's Sunshine, Reliv and Mannatech had modest growth; although Herbalife and USANA grew domestic sales 20-25%.
