In conjunction with Duravant's acquisition of Mespack, Enric Marti, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Mespack has announced his retirement. A long-time packaging industry influencer, Mr. Marti transformed Mespack into a leading designer and manufacturer of highly sophisticated and versatile flexible packaging machinery.  "I'd like to thank Enric for his passion and commitment to Mespack, its associates and customers.  We wish him all the best in his retirement," said Mr. Kachmer.

Mr. Marti is succeeded by Reinout Van Zijp, who will be leading Mespack as Managing Director.
