Top 10 nutrition industry deals of 2012

After a wild 2011, the year 2012 got even wilder as deal activity increased in pace and scope across the industry. According to Rodney Clark of Canaccord Genuity, "Not only were a large number of signature transactions completed, but they were completed across multiple geographies, distribution channels and industry verticals—raw materials, ingredients, supplements, finished goods, distribution and retail—and at healthy purchase price multiples." These are Nutrition Business Journal's top 10 deals of 2012.
