What would it look like if we just started over in food? [video]

Often, the problem with food that is better for the environment and better for our health is that it's just too expensive for the average person, says Hampton Creek CEO Josh Tetrick. In his keynote at the Natural Products Business School at Natural Products Expo East 2015, he challenges the industry to look at the problem as a systems problem instead of a people or product problem and ask: How can we address the system so that it’s almost impossible for people not to do the right thing?
