Organic Valley's headquarters in La Farge, Wis., suffered severe damage from a fire Tuesday.

The La Crosse Tribune reported that the fast-moving blaze broke out at about 4:30 p.m. and damaged approximately two-thirds of the building.

"There's no doubt there's going to be a lot of disruption and making do," CEO George Siemon told the newspaper. "We've got contingency plans. That doesn't mean it's going to be easy."

The cooperative's new Cashton facility, according to the Tribune, could help serve as a makeshift headquarters until officials can determine what, if any, of the building can be salvaged.
