Can meatballs be vegetarian? Kansas livestock industry wants stricter labeling for meat alternatives

The war on meat-related terms continues: a bill in the Kansas Statehouse is seeking to require meat substitutes to use words such as "imitation" on their packaging to prevent consumer confusion.
