Organic livestock rule has uncertain future after second delay

Implementation of a rule finalized in the last days of the Obama administration that would tighten animal welfare standards for organic poultry and livestock has been delayed again, this time until November. Publix and Wegmans are tied for America's favorite grocery store

Market Force asked more than 12,000 consumers to rate their last shopping experience at particular grocery stores. The results? Regional grocers Wegmans and Publix each scored top ratings, followed by Trader Joe's, H-E-B and Aldi.
