Monsanto attempts defense that would negate all glyphosate-causes-cancer lawsuits

Monsanto's newest defense strategy is to argue that putting a glyphosate warning on its label would have been in violation of the Environmental Protection Agency, and therefore no lawsuits should have been brought against the company to begin with; the EPA has repeatedly stated that glyphosate does not cause cancer.
