He then moved to Carrefour Marinopoulos Hypermarkets, a joint venture in Greece of Europe's No. 1 retailer Carrefour, in 2006, where he was ultimately country sales development director for the fast-moving consumer goods categories. He joined Herbalife from Lafarge, a French worldwide building materials company, where Leontzakos worked since 2007 as marketing and strategy director.
