To our Natural Products Expo Community,

We understand that the current COVID-19 situation is causing concern regarding travel and events creating unprecedented challenges for us all. During of all this, however, we are still there for you, our customers. We are committed to providing timely information as the industry navigates this uncertain time and starts to prepare for Natural Products Expo East. The show is set to occur Sept. 23-26, 2020, in our new location of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Your health and safety is our top priority, and our goal is to deliver the top-notch education, new product innovation and networking opportunities that you have come to expect and value from Natural Products Expo.

We know that Expo East—and all events—will be different in 2020, but we are hopeful that we will be able to confidently host our East Coast show in Philadelphia come September, with all the precautions needed to keep the community safe while putting on a successful and productive event. We are working on elevated safety plans and new additions and enhancements that will transform the Expo East experience for retailers, exhibiting brands and others.

Our promise to you is that we will continue to track this situation and follow all guidance from Philadelphia health authorities, the CDC and WHO, and we will provide regular and timely updates to help the community best prepare for Expo East.

Good news as you register for badges
Expo East is set to occur Sept. 23-26, 2020. Although we do not anticipate it at this time, if the current COVID-19 crisis results in the need to postpone or cancel the show, all registered attendees will be notified via email and refunds will be provided for all paid badges, education upgrades, trainings and tours that were associated with the official registration for the Expo East 2020 event.
