This week: Bonafide Provisions debuts bone broth and veggie drinks | New Chapter launches hair, skin and nails supplement

Frozen, organic bone broth maker Bonafide Provisions debuted its new ready-to-drink USDA Organic Drinkable Veggies line. Drinkable Veggies blend the powerful nutrition of whole organic, fresh vegetables with nutrient-dense bone broth for a one-of-a-kind, convenient and delicious way to help people get the daily recommended serving of vegetables. The line consists of five unique blends— Revitalize, Thrive, Revive, Renew and Glow. 

Jarrow Formulas announced a line extension for the popular Methyl B-12 & Methyl Folate lozenge released last year. The new item will feature the same effective combination of coenzyme B vitamins but in a great-tasting cherry flavored lozenge. Dosage for the new lozenge is 5,000 mcg of B12 (as methylcobalamin), 800 mcg of B9/folic acid (as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate) and 2.5 mg of B6 (as pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

San Diego-based coconut water brand Coconut Beach announced that it has earned Non-GMO Project verification for its 100% Pure Coconut Water, Coconut Water with Pulp, Coconut Milk Drink, 100% Natural Coconut Chips and Dark Chocolate Coconut Chips.

New Chapter launched its Perfect Hair, Skin & Nails supplement that combines pure astaxanthin with fermented biotin and a blend of herbs. Perfect Hair, Skin & Nails is Non-GMO Project verified, sustainably sourced, gluten free, made with organic algae and aloe, 100 percent vegetarian and Kosher.

New brand Karuna introduced a line of plant-based superfood beverages based on traditional Chinese medicine and modern nutritional science that incorporate ingredients like mung bean sprouts, aronia berries, black soybeans, quinoa, flaxseed, chestnuts and more.

At the Winter Fancy Food Show, Tolerant Foods debuted its newly launched Veggie Blend (organic Green Lentil + Kale or organic Beet Penne) and Balanced Blend (organic Chickpea Penne, Spaghetti and Rotini). The Veggie Blends combine lentil and vegetable flour with 14 grams of protein per 3 oz. serving. The Balanced Blend uses chickpea flour and rice and has 14 grams of protein and 40 percent of recommended daily fiber.

Home Health adds to its family of natural vitamin E skin beauty oils with a new, maximum strength formula containing 45,000 IU in a larger 2.5 oz. size.
