The Natural Products Consulting Institute has partnered with JPG Resources to offer a two-day seminar and networking event on operations and supply chain for natural and specialty product companies.
This two day workshop covers all aspects of “back of the house” activities, including formulation, procurement, sourcing and managing co-packers, inventory and production planning, transportation and logistics, getting verified Non-GMO certified, and more.
There will also be ample time to address individual company issues and challenges by the presenters and peers in the room. The seminar will be led by Bob Burke and John Maggiore, who have partnered with Jeff Grogg of JPG Resources. Jeff was formerly head of R&D at Kashi, including Bear Naked and Stretch Island. Since founding JPGR consultancy in 2009, Jeff and his team have launched more than 80 successful new food and beverage items, as well as helped dozens of companies improve their supply chain, reduce costs, boost profits and accelerate growth.
