Successful entrepreneurs, especially those of branded consumer product companies, have a tremendous ability to connect with their customers and help build brand loyalty. When it comes to courting investors, though, most entrepreneurs aren't as comfortable. I have yet to come across an entrepreneur that enjoys raising capital. It is, however, a necessary part of growing a business, and bringing on new investors may have benefits beyond capital.
