derma e hires VP of marketing

As the number-one natural facial care brand, derma e® is pleased to announce that Jennifer Norman has been hired as its new vice president of marketing overseeing brand management, product development, public relations, ecommerce, education, market research and social media. This is a newly created role for the company.

Jennifer comes to derma e with over 16 years of experience in the beauty industry. Holding marketing positions of escalating responsibility at L'Oreal, Victoria's Secret, Neutrogena and BORBA, she brings extensive knowledge and understanding to her new role. Jennifer’s most recent activity prior to joining derma e was establishing her own strategic marketing consultancy, JNo Marketing, LLC, where she took on acting vice president of marketing roles for Stila Cosmetics and La Fresh Group. Jennifer received a BS degree in marketing management with a minor in graphic design from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Georgetown University.

As vice president of marketing at derma e®, Jennifer will be responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing and communications strategy. Through implementation, Jennifer will help the company achieve its objectives of sales growth, visibility and profitability while ensuring a consistent message that adheres to corporate direction.
