Leatherhead Food Research is delighted to announce the appointment of Jenny Arthur in the newly created role of director of Nutrition & Innovation.
Jenny joined Leatherhead in 2014 to run the Strategic Insight team and brings a wealth of experience to her role as a marketer and qualified nutritionist. Her previous roles have included company nutritionist for Marks and Spencer and running her own nutrition and marketing consultancy.
Leatherhead Food Research is a leader in providing technical solutions and consulting expertise in the world of food and drink. Jenny will head up the Nutrition & Innovation team of scientists and technicians. This wide mix of expertise is exactly what is needed for the growing number of requests for cross functional projects by Leatherhead members and other clients.
