From subtle design tweaks to massive branding overhauls, we were smitten with the beautiful, effective packaging on display at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco. California.

We saw loose-leaf teas with shiny metallic foil accenting the box. We saw sleek, few-ingredient crackers wrapped in packaging that evoked the stark mountainous beauty of the country they came from. We saw 50's-style packaging featuring bright colors and geometric shapes, and we saw art deco-designs that reminded us of Gatsby-era values.

Not only eye-catching on the shelf, such packaging helps consumers better connect with the product inside, leading to a stronger, lasting brand awareness. Here are a few favorites that resonated.
