New Hope’s editorial team scoured the booths at Natural Products Expo West on the hunt for RTD beverages showcasing innovative formats and ingredients, as well as a palate-pleasing taste.

What they found included beverages made with botanicals, fermented or upcycled ingredients, plant-based milks, global inspirations and, yes, functional ingredients including mood-supporting adaptogen and plenty of pro- and prebiotics.
