8 cool food and beverage brands you've probably never heard of

Innovation comes in myriad forms. At the Winter Fancy Food Show, New Hope editors were surprised to see such nifty products exhibiting at the New Brands On The Shelf/Incubator section of the show floor. Many of the these brands, which have launched within the last year, contain interesting ingredients such as organic herbs and flowers, ancient grains and protein-containing add-ins.
