How to make organic relevant in 2013

The world is falling into organic's lap. Sales are up in double digits, the U.S. just signed equivalency with the EU, and macro-trends around food villains and escalating disease rates are pushing the American zeitgeist further into the realm of health, wellness and natural.

But organic, which many perceive as an elitist cult, runs the risk of having its message trampled in the scramble to natural.
