Hispanic disposable income has jumped 29% since 2001 to $715 billion last year, double the pace of the rest of the U.S. population, according to Chain Store Guide’s Top 50 Hispanic Markets Report 2005. Hispanic buying power is growing at a rate of 118%—and expected to reach $1 trillion by 2008, CSG predicts.
