A new $30 million expansion has built a state-of-the-art supercritical CO2 extraction facility, which uses pressure and not solvents to give cleaner concentrates. The molecular separation process obtains high and pure EPA and DHA concentrates. The result is the cleanest concentrates around, at omega-3 ratios up to an impressive 900mg/g omega-3s. This is a premium ingredient indeed.
