EssenRose™ is extracted from organic certified rosemary material and is processed according to NOP standards. Fenchem offers two varieties of rosemary extract: EssenRose™-OS, which is rich in carnosic acid, and EssenRose™-WS, which is rich in rosmarinic acid. Both types of extract are specially designed for organic products.
EssenRose™-OS is highly effective for inhibiting oxidative deterioration in a variety of foods, such as processed meat and poultry, seafood, snack food, fats and oils. EssenRose™-WS is widely used in beverages and drinks for its antioxidant and antimicrobial activity.
Rosemary extract has high heat stability and can remain stable at up to 240℃, making it suitable for frying oil and snack food applications.
