Say Aloha to the dedicated farmers at Kauai Organic Farms 

Located on the North Shore of the island of Kauai, owners Phil and Linda Green grow ginger, turmeric and galangal. Passionate about sustainable agriculture and growing quality crops, the couple has found the perfect environment to fine-tune their craft. “Farming in Hawaii, how lucky am I?” said Phil.
