AMS Health Sciences Launches Retail Merchant Division

OKLAHOMA CITY, Mar 24, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- AMS Health Sciences, Inc. (AMM) today announced that is has launched a new Retail Merchant Division to sell AMS products through health food stores, spas, gyms, privately owned drug and herb shops, as well as professionals involved in alternative health practices. The new sales program has been set up to create a positive cash flow to the Company beginning with the first sale.

AMS products will be sold in retail outlets through a sales program that pays commissions both to the person who places the products as well as his or her up-line. To underscore its commitment to multilevel marketing, AMS does not allow product to be sold below wholesale and has developed a compensation plan that follows its multilevel compensation plan. With the launch of this new division, AMS will use a "sales force" approach to marketing and placing its nutritional and health products. AMS has spent the last several months researching and developing the concept and has field-tested the program in Oklahoma City with a 100% favorable response from the retailers contacted.
