BI Nutraceuticals has hired Kara Lambert as Product Manager, the company announced. In this role, Lambert will develop long-range sales forecasts based on market research and competitive landscapes; manage sales and marketing activities for strategic product lines, including market research studies and new product development activities; and provide training, education and technical assistance to the sales force and customers.
"Kara is an energetic, self-starter who takes initiative to increase efficiencies across all aspects of her job responsibilities, and BI's customers and sales staff will benefit immediately from her extensive expertise," noted Walter Postelwait, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, BI Nutraceuticals. "Her strong marketing and sales experience, complemented by her MBA, make her an ideal addition to our team."
Prior to joining BI Nutraceuticals, Lambert was Associate Product Manger with biologics company Grifols USA, where she was charged with overseeing marketing activities for the Albumin product line, creating educational materials and managing tradeshows and conferences. She has also worked as an Associate Marketing Manager with APP Pharmaceuticals and as a Marketing Analyst with Medline Industries. Lambert holds an MBA from Roosevelt University in Schaumburg, Ill., with a concentration in International Business, as well as a BS in Political Science from Central Michigan University.
