Marilyn’s in Ohio reports increased store traffic and sales through creative window display
HUDSON, NY – Marilyn’s Natural Foods of Coshocton, OH, is the winner of Bioforce USA’s Echinaforce Window Display Contest, announced Paul Ross, founder and CEO of the company.
Retailers were asked to create an innovative and eye-catching window display featuring a new poster of the herbal formula Echinaforce and submit a photo of the showcase by March 31.
“I read about the window display contest and felt it was perfect for us because Echinaforce is among our best-selling products,” says Marilyn’s staffer Shelia Grossenbaugh, who created the display that passersby couldn’t miss. “Here at Marilyn’s we believe that A. Vogel Echinaforce sells well in our store because it is a dairy-free product and because it is a well-established company. Marilyn’s family members are third-generation users of this line. When I received the beautiful display poster I was inspired to use it to showcase the variety of A. Vogel herbal products. I placed enough products in the window alongside the poster to be scale appropriate, and it is very eye-catching.”
Adds Kelly Treat, a salesperson at Marilyn’s, “Echinaforce has a very strong following in our store because it can be given safely to children, and moms like that.”
Phyllis Clark, a Marilyn’s employee for 23 years, notes that the colorful Echinaforce poster “has definitely increased store walk-ins, interest in Echinaforce, and sales. The prize, $1,000 worth of Bioforce products will now allow us to try other Bioforce USA lines. I would like to try the company’s beautiful Herbatint floor display.”
