MINNEAPOLIS - Cargill is kicking off this year's Healthy Foods Conference (September 26, 2007, at the Sheraton Inner Harbor Hotel in Baltimore, Md.) with its sponsorship of the event's Networking Breakfast.
Felicia Stoler, Registered Dietitian and Host of TLC's (The Learning Channel) reality show, Honey We're Killing the Kids, will be on hand to discuss the important issue of heart health and dietary cholesterol via her experiences working with families across America. According to Stoler, most families don't understand dietary cholesterol and how they can effectively manage it through sensible dietary choices.
