D.D. Williamson announces the addition of Ashok P. Luhadiya, Ph.D. to its Science and Innovation team at the Global Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky, USA. As Innovation Scientist, Dr. Luhadiya will focus on longer-term, breakthrough improvements in naturally derived food coloring.
Dr. Luhadiya brings more than two decades of valuable food science/research experience with a U.S.-based, global leader in consumer products. Positions included Senior Scientist and Principal Scientist.

He earned both masters and doctorate degrees in Food Science at Bombay University’s Department of Chemical Technology.
