Lynden, WA - September 6, 2005 -- Organic supplement and herbal tea manufacturer Flora, Inc., (www.florahealth.com) has announced the appointments of Kevin Cobb as National Marketing Manager, and Darin Johnson as National Sales Manager for the United States.

Cobb, who formerly served as Director of Marketing for Botanical Laboratories, comes to Flora with 10 years of natural products industry experience. "Flora has a very rich history of dietary supplement manufacturing, and a strong commitment to organic and the environment, and I was very attracted to that," said Cobb.

Johnson heads up Flora's US sales division after serving seven years as Director of Sales and Operations for Odwalla, Inc.

"We feel very fortunate to have Kevin and Darin directing Flora's sales and marketing efforts in the United States," said Thomas Greither, Flora's owner and founder. "I know both Kevin and Darin share Flora's values, including a strong commitment to provide the highest quality, pure, and organic products to our consumers."

"For 2006, we have a reinvigorated new item process and a much stronger commitment to growing our core line of products," said Cobb. "Additionally, we are going to increase our presence in the functional foods area."

Johnson, whose duties require him to supervise Flora's network of sales reps and brokers throughout the US, said Flora's favorable reputation with both distributors and consumers make the decision to sign on to Flora's team an easy one.
