N2 Ingredientssupplier of natural, gluten-free and certified organic food ingredients celebrates being named to the 23rd annual PROFIT 200 ranking of Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies by PROFIT Magazine. "This is our fourth time in five years that we've been honored with a place on PROFIT Magazine's list. Ranking Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies by five-year revenue growth, the PROFIT 200 profiles the country's most successful growth companies. "Our early entry into gluten-free baking mixes is a clear example." N2 acquired a blending machine to create baking mixes for private-label sale in supermarkets. The gluten-free mixes currently account for 15% of N2 net sales and projected to grow to 40% within three to five years.
