Great Ocean Joins the Planet Organic Market Family

HALIFAX, March 28 /CNW/ - Planet Organic Health Corp. - (TSX Venture Exchange - POH), Canada's leading natural and organic supermarket chain, today announced the official name change of their Halifax store from "Great Ocean Natural Foods" to "Planet Organic Market."

Great Ocean was purchased by Planet Organic Markets in August of 2004, and since that time has continued to run under the Great Ocean banner. The name change is the final transition for the Halifax store.

"We are pleased to become an integral part of the Planet Organic team," said Halifax store manager, Jevens Matheson. "Now we can actively participate in Planet Organic's innovative marketing and advertising programs."

Founded in 1990, Great Ocean Natural Foods generates $4.0 million in annual revenue and is an established retailer of organic and natural living products. In 2002, the Canadian Health Food Association named Great Ocean Natural Foods "Retailer of the Year."
