More than 450 companies from around the world will be showcasing their latest product ranges at the show. The two-day education conference will give delegates an overview of health-related market trends and emerging ingredient technologies. Health-claims legislation, pre- and probiotics, and bioactive peptides will be among the topics.
Arianne Westerink, organiser of the Hi Europe 2006 conference, says: "We are very aware that food industry professionals don't have the time to sit through long conferences, so our aim was to create a succinct, informative and focused programme with a first-class speaker line-up that would arm delegates with practical knowledge they can take back into the workplace."
The seminars, which take place alongside the exhibition, are modular, so participants can pick and choose the sessions they wish to attend.
