Healthnotes Demonstrates Version 7.5 at Expo East; Presents Valuable New Customer Service and Sales Tools

The interactive software now offers retailers a custom Category Management Report and onscreen product ordering capabilities

In addition to new and expanded content, Healthnotes Version 7.5 incorporates practical new tools and resources for the natural products retailer, including a Category Management Report and on-the-floor inventory and special ordering capabilities.

Never miss a sale with new onscreen ordering

Inventory and special ordering capabilities have been integrated into the Healthnotes kiosk, making it a complete customer service and sales solution for natural product retailers. Healthnotes Easy Order enhances customer service by keeping the staff out on the sales floor-even while handling product and special ordering-ensuring they never miss a sale.

Healthnotes Easy Order streamlines the special ordering process by offering a completely paperless solution. It allows sales associates to enter special orders directly on the kiosk, extending a store's inventory beyond shelf space. In addition, all inventory ordering can be done on the Healthnotes kiosk, keeping sales people on the floor and accessible to customers.

Healthnotes Easy Order is now compatible with OrderDog.(tm) Natural products retailers using OrderDog can utilize the Healthnotes kiosk to place and manage their product orders. During the ordering process the Healthnotes onscreen interface remains available, allowing the retailer to return to the Healthnotes suite of applications at any time to assist a customer.

Learn more about your shoppers with the new Category Management Report

New to Version 7.5, the Healthnotes Category Management Report is designed to give retailers in-depth information on their shoppers' specific interests and product needs. The system tracks customer usage and then creates a report outlining the most popular topic areas and products queried. Retailers can use this information to better understand their shoppers' needs, more effectively merchandise products, and run targeted promotions. A complete whole health sales solution
In addition to the onscreen product ordering capabilities and the Category Management Report, Version 7.5 also offers five department-specific applications with targeted content. Retailers can choose to display the standard Healthnotes suite with direct access to the entire suite of information, or they can choose to display an application tailored to a specific department. All five applications-Healthnotes Natural Options, Healthnotes Pharmacy, Foodnotes, Meat & Seafood, and Fresh Produce-are included in the Healthnotes suite of applications and will be running in the HNI booth, #2029.
