LOS ANGELES, Sep 26, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Herbalife Ltd. (HLF) announced today the appointment of Wynne Roberts as senior vice president of Herbalife Europe with responsibility for all strategic and operational functions for the company's Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, effective October 17, 2005.
Roberts, who will report to Herbalife President and Chief Operating Officer Greg Probert, replaces Brian Kane, who retired recently after twelve years with the company. Roberts will be based in the company's European headquarters in Uxbridge, England.

Most recently, Roberts served as president and chief operating officer of DMX MUSIC International, which distributes digital music entertainment to homes and businesses worldwide, overseeing operations in 33 countries. Previously, he served as worldwide vice president of XE Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox. Before that, Roberts spent 12 years at NCR Corporation, ultimately as vice president, EMEA Systemedia Group.
Herbalife first began doing business in Europe in the U.K. in 1984. Business was opened in Spain, France and Germany several years later. Today, Herbalife conducts business in 36 countries in the EMEA region.
