Entire Agency Passes Certification Program

The program is a division of the National Training Institute®, Ltd., a service provided by Virgo Publishing Inc., and is based on the Federal Trade Commission publication, 'Dietary Supplements: An Advertising Guide for the Industry.' The course covers the application of FTC laws in regards to dietary supplement advertising.

The course is designed to help professionals in the natural products industry achieve greater success in the dietary supplement category by understanding the laws and guidelines that apply to advertising dietary supplements. The entire IMG staff enrolled in the program that emphasized recognizing claims that can result in FTC fines and actions and judging whether advertising complies with FTC guidelines in order to create marketing messages that comply with the law.
