BURLINGTON, NJ – January 19, 2005 – American Custom Drying Company (ACD) announced the construction of a $500,000 new packaging room for its 4,000lbs/hr food ingredient spray dryer. Paul McFarland, Manager of Product Development advised, "The new clean room includes dedicated, positive pressure HVAC, a dust-control system, and all food-grade surfaces." Packaging capabilities at ACD include 50 lb. bags, boxes, pails, drums, and super sacks in a cGMP environment, including a metal detector for finished product validation, according to McFarland.

American Custom Drying Company is a privately owned company providing custom spray-drying and blending services to Fortune 500 companies in the chemical and food industries.
