New Heart Health Ingredient Launched in Australia

March 28th 2003 - New Nutrition Business reports on a clinical study on Vin life™, grapeseed extract developed by Australian company Tarac Technologies. The study, carried out by CSIRO, Australia’s leading food research institute, incorporated the product into yoghurt, and over a four week period, had an effect on the ability of arteries to expand and thus permit greater blood flow.

The CSIRO trials were funded jointly by Tarac and CSIRO, through the "Food into Asia" research program.
