NSF conducted a plant audit to verify compliance with these GMPs requirements and will conduct periodic audits at Blue California’s manufacturing facility to ensure continued conformance.
“Blue California’s NSF GMP Registration comes at a critical time as it confirms they are well prepared for the release of FDA's upcoming GMPs," said Kathleen Jordan, general manager, NSF Dietary Supplements and Functional Foods Certification Programs.
GMP registration reflects Blue California’s commitment to ensuring quality and satisfaction and gives regulatory officials’ confidence that Blue California operates in conformance to established GMPs as specified in NSF/ANSI Standard 173 for Dietary Supplements.
