(NLI), one of North America's leading custom manufacturers of premium quality Dietary Supplements, is pleased to announce the addition of two new key executives to the company. Brad Nylander has joined the company as Chief Operations Officer and Tito Flores has accepted the position of the Director of Product Design.
Brad Nylander has an extensive background in all aspects of pharmaceutical and dietary supplement manufacturing operations. His new position as COO will place emphasis on NLI’s quality control, production efficiencies and throughput to insure NLI’s customers receive the highest quality products manufactured in the most cost effective manner. Brad has had practical “hands-on” experience in sophisticated manufacturing from his previous employment, including Enzymatic Therapy, a leading branded marketer and manufacturing in the Dietary Supplement Industry, Marvin Windows and Doors and Solvay Pharmaceuticals, where he was responsible for all manufacturing and plant engineering activities for two facilities, in addition to providing extensive product engineering support.
Tito Flores joins NLI as the Director of Product Design, to head up NLI’s team of client-assigned Product Managers and assist in the overall process design to increase NLI’s new product activity and project management. Tito has extensive project management and customer development experiences with Pittsburgh Paint & Glass Industries, based in Pittsburgh, PA.
