(OTCBB: PTON) announces the acquisition of NPIcenter, the leading, global, online information resource for professionals in the nutraceutical, nutritional, dietary supplement, cosmetic, and food industries. NPIcenter joins Penton’s New Hope Natural Media, the leading media and integrated marketing solutions provider to the worldwide natural products industry.
