SourceOne Global Partners Provides Sytrinol Sub-Licensing Agreement To Soft Gel Technologies for U.S. Market

Chicago, Il – SourceOne Global Partners has announced it has provided Soft Gel Technologies, Inc. a sub-license agreement that allows SGTI to provide contract manufacturing services for Sytrinol in a soft gel delivery system for the U.S. market. SourceOne has licensed the exclusive worldwide distribution rights to market Sytrinol in dietary supplements from KGK Synergize.

“This sub-license agreement is important for brand marketers that choose Sytrinol in a soft gel and do not have their own manufacturing facilities as Soft Gel Technologies is a leading contract manufacturer of soft gelatin capsules in the U.S.,” says Jesse Lopez, President and CEO of SourceOne. “In addition, SGTI has a superior and proven track record of helping to build awareness of the branded ingredients in its soft gels. This sub-license agreement affords Soft Gel Technologies with limited exclusivity for delivering the heart health benefits of Sytrinol in a soft gelatin form.”

SourceOne brand manufacturing partners like GNC and NBTY, for example, have their own soft gel capabilities, giving them the option of choosing to offer Sytrinol to their customers in soft gel, capsule, tablet, drink mix or bar.

Ron Udell, president of SGTI, comments, "We believe that this alliance with SourceOne and its novel compound Sytrinol™ will provide brand marketers and consumers with the benefit of choice to consume a high-quality product for heart health in an easy-to-swallow soft gel. The science supporting Sytrinol™ is compelling, and we believe this patented product represents a natural solution for many cardiovascular concerns."

“As the demand for Sytrinol continues to increase, SourceOne is committed to meeting these demands by making the patented ingredient available in a number of different delivery systems,” asserts Jim Roza, Vice President of Business Development, Technology and Science. “We are extremely excited about the recent progress we’ve made in product development. SourceOne will soon be offering new delivery systems that will provide consumers with greater flexibility in how they take their daily dose of heart healthy Sytrinol. Furthermore, we are eager to begin working with companies with whom we have pending sub-license agreements concerning Sytrinol distribution in domestic and international markets.”

About Sytrinol™
Sytrinol, a patented ingredient derived from citrus, is composed of polymethoxylated flavones and tocotrienols. Multiple clinical studies demonstrate that Sytrinol reduced total cholesterol by over 30 percent, reduced LDL cholesterol by 27 percent and reduced triglycerides 34 percent. Furthermore, Sytrinol has been proven to be a powerful antioxidant with a number of heart health benefits that help control anti-inflammatory responses. It has also shown to improve glycemic control in individuals with metabolic syndrome, especially those with a high BMI, as well as significantly decreasing ApoB and increasing ApoA1. Unlike other cholesterol supplements, Sytrinol is not diet specific and has no known side effects.
