Welch's, the world's leading marketer of Concord and Niagara grape-based products, has announced the appointment of Matthew Wohl as Chief Marketing Officer. Wohl joined Welch's on September 1 following a sixteen-year career at Gillette (Proctor & Gamble). During his time at P&G, he rose to General Manager of Blade and Razor Systems Innovation. At Welch's, Wohl will draw on this wealth of sales and brand building experience to help fuel the long-term development and continued success of this iconic brand.

In his position at Gillette, Wohl lead product development, innovation, new product launches and marketing communications for a number of brands including MACH3(R), Fusion(R), and most recently the 2010 launch of Fusion ProGlide(TM) razors. Wohl holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado, and a Masters of Business Administration from GeorgetownUniversity in Washington, DC.
