Nation’s leading consumer health ‘Bible’ gives ‘thumbs-up’ to Venaforce
GHENT, NY – Pierce Sioussat, President of Bioforce USA has announced that its venerable horse chestnut supplement, Venaforce, was featured in the “Alternatives: Natural Healer” department of the June issue of Prevention magazine, a leading consumer publication with 3.3 million circulation.
Article author Sara Altshul points out that a meta-analysis has determined that horse chestnut seed extract improves circulation and prevents unsightly veins. HCSE acts to decrease pain and swelling from chronic venous insufficiency, a circulation disorder. Altshul also summarizes a study concluding that a combination of HCSE and use of compression stockings resulted in a significant 25 percent decline in leg swelling after three months; by comparison, the placebo group saw a 6 percent increase in leg swelling.
Altshul’s article, enthusiastically headlined, “For Legs that Look and Feel Great,” concludes by telling readers that the horse chestnut tablets and gel used in the aforementioned three-month study are “marketed as Venaforce by Bioforce.”
“A positive and unbiased review by no less than Prevention magazine is indeed a coup for us, and for Venaforce,” Sioussat asserts. “Retailers will likely see an increase in customers asking for the product, and we want to ensure our retail network that we are ready to fulfill all demands, as well as inquiries.”
Venaforce is offered in 60-tab bottles and companion 3.5-oz. tube of gel.
