There are actually a number of different ways that unsettled sleep can hit a person. Some people have trouble getting to sleep. Some have trouble staying asleep. Some toss and turn in a nagging sort of fitful sleep. Any of the above is problematic—it can make a person drowsy the ensuing day, and it’s definitely unhealthy.

Supplements to help support healthy sleep are booming. Sales growth figures are 14.6% in 2018, 17.4% in 2019, 30.1% in 2020, and are estimated to continue growing at 15.8% in 2021, according to Nutrition Business Journal. Clearly, consumers are yearning for something to help them get a little shut-eye.
