Jason Mittelheuser, Beverage Technical Director, FONA
Jason has been with FONA for more than 10 years, starting out in Technology & Innovation group where he researched the biochemistry of taste transduction. As Beverage Technical Director, Jason leads technical activities for the business unit responsible for beverage product development. Jason’s experience in protein, sweetness enhancement, and other functional ingredients enables his leadership of FONA’s taste modification platform for beverage. Jason is a course lead for Flavor University® Beverage Flavor 201 and Taste Modification 201. He holds a B.S. in professional chemistry from Northern Illinois University and is an American Chemical Society certified chemist.
Mike Dovbish, Executive Director, Nutrition Capital Network
Mike is the Executive Director of Nutrition Capital Network, providing strategic guidance and preparing participating companies for NCN Investor Conferences.
