What do wine and fungus have to do with food waste?

As a finalist of the Net Impact Food Forward Competition, Brianna McGuire had the opportunity to pitch her company, Foodfully, at the Rising Star portion of the 2016 Natural Products Business School Pitch-Slam competition at Natural Products Expo East.

Here, McGuire, a plant pathologist, explains how her desires to reduce household food waste and influence consumer behavior lead her to the natural products industry.
