The danger of a 'natural' label

Lawsuits over natural claims are on the rise, say attorneys Ivan Wasserman and Justin Prochnow. And while your company stands to win a consumer class action suit over natural labeling in the long term, you may end up bankrupting yourself with lawyer fees. Only under a strict set of circumstance should you let "natural" define your brand because it could come back to bite you down the road.
