Fresh from the keynote stage at Natural Products Expo West's Business School, Stonyfield Farm's co-founder and chairman Gary Hirshberg shared entrepreneurial wisdom with New Hope's Bill Giebler. They talk mission, values, yogurt and education. "The mission was always education," Hirshberg says. "Why yogurt? It's an incredibly delicious food and it's proactive health--the cheapest form of healthcare there is."
