You can’t just toss any ingredient into a food and call it “natural” or “organic.” Nor can you say a health food is “high in fiber” or “low in fat” if it really isn’t. These rules help consumers choose natural products that meet their criteria, but it’s a lot for new brands and small startups to learn.
